If the wax in your roller is too thick or hard, that means the wax needs to be re-warmed in a roll-on cartridge warmer until it reaches the ideal consistency. Place it in your warmer for a few minutes and test the wax on a piece of paper to check it’s consistency. If it’s not rolling seamlessly, it needs more time to warm. The plastic on the roll-on does not get too hot, so the cartridge can be handled easily with gloves or with our roll-on holder.
