Terms And Conditions for Rewards Program
This program is designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty and engagement. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- To join the Rewards Program, participants must be at least 18 years old, registered, licensed estheticians with an open and approved account on www.beautyimageusa.com exclusively in the 48 Contiguous United States.
- Open to all customers who purchase on www.beautyimageusa.com and only www.beautyimageusa.com under an approved account.
- Membership is limited to one rewards account per approved & licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, or Salon.
- If you do meet these qualifications, you are prohibited from accessing, using and registering for Beauty Image’s rewards loyalty program.
Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every U.S. dollar spent prior to tax and shipping fees on eligible purchases on www.beautyimageusa.com.
- Points cannot be earned on shipping, handling or tax charges.
- Points are applicable to completed purchases commencing on May 5th, 2025. Points cannot be earned on any purchases prior to this date.
Bonus Points
- Joining the Rewards Program: 30 Points
- Once you have enrolled into the rewards program, you will receive 30 points.
- Follow us on Instagram: 5 Points
- Follow us on Facebook: 5 Points
- Referral Bonus (for referring a new customer): 40 Points
- The Referral Bonus is available to newly registered and approved estheticians, cosmetologists or salons once their Beauty Image account has been approved and they have completed their first purchase.
- Second Purchase: 10 Points
- Third Purchase: 20 Points
Review Points
- Standard Review: 10 Points
- Review with Photo: 20 Points
- Review with Video: 35 Points
Redemption of Points
- Points can be redeemed as follows:
- 250 Points = $5 Rewards Cash Towards Eligible Order
- 500 Points = $10 Rewards Cash Towards Eligible Order
- 1000 Points = $40 Rewards Cash Towards Eligible Order
- 2000 Points = $80 Rewards Cash Towards Eligible Order
- 4000 Points = $160 Rewards Cash Towards Eligible Order
Our minimum order requirement is $50, excluding tax and shipping. All orders must meet this minimum before applying any rewards cash. Please note that rewards cash cannot be applied to any order that is below $50, either before or after its application. Orders that fall under $50 after applying rewards cash will also be ineligible for redemption of rewards.
- Items purchased with rewards cash are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Points earned from any returned purchases will be deducted from your total points.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points Expiration
- Points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned. Members are encouraged to use their points before expiration to enjoy rewards.
- For example, points earned on May 15, 2025, will expire on May 15, 2026.
- Notification of Expiration: Customers will receive a notification via email 30 days and 15 days prior to the expiration of any points.
- We reserve the right to modify this expiration policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
Program Changes
- Beauty Image reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, including changes to points earning structure, redemption values, or expiration policies. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Account Management
- Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
- If a customer's account is closed due to non-compliance with our registration policy, the associated rewards program account will also be closed.
Termination
- Beauty Image reserves the right to terminate a member's account if fraudulent activity, violation of terms or violation of registration policy is suspected.
