Melt the hard or soft wax in the Beauty Image Mini Wax warmer. It is ready when it reaches a honey-like consistency (melting time will vary depending on the amount used). Before applying, test the temperature by placing a small amount on the inside of your wrist.
Clean the treatment area using Beauty Image Pre-Depilatory Tonic to remove any traces of oil or sweat and improve wax adhesion.
For Hard Wax, apply the wax with a spatula in the direction of hair growth. The layer should be about 3 mm thick. After a few seconds, lift one edge of the wax and pull firmly in the opposite direction of hair growth. Pulling too slowly or upward may irritate the skin or break the hair instead of removing it from the root.
For Soft Wax, use a spatula to spread a thin layer of the wax in the direction of hair growth. Place a non-woven wax strip over the applied area and smooth it down firmly in the direction of the hair. Then, hold the skin taut and pull the strip quickly and parallel to the skin in the opposite direction of hair growth.
Once finished, apply Beauty Image post-depilatory oil to minimize irritation or redness and restore the skin’s natural tone and hydration.
